Terms of Service

By accessing and using CodeSeeks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

CodeSeeks provides IT services including but not limited to:

• Web development and design services
• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing services
• AI solutions and chatbot development
• Business registration and legal services
• Web hosting and domain services
• Consulting and technical support

Payment terms and conditions:

• 50% advance payment required to start any project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly services billed in advance
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds processed as per our refund policy
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

Project delivery terms:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Client feedback and approval required at each milestone
• Delays due to client feedback will extend delivery timelines
• Final delivery subject to full payment completion
• Source code and assets transferred upon final payment

Intellectual property rights:

• Client owns all custom-developed code and content upon full payment
• CodeSeeks retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
• Third-party licenses and tools remain property of respective owners
• CodeSeeks may showcase completed projects in portfolio
• Confidential information will be protected as per NDA terms

CodeSeeks shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or interruptions
• Damages exceeding the total project value
• Issues arising from client-provided content or requirements

Warranty and support terms:

• 30-day warranty on all delivered projects
• Bug fixes included during warranty period
• Support available via email and phone
• Additional features and enhancements charged separately
• Extended support packages available

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Client responsible for payment of completed work
• Refunds processed as per refund policy
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
